Awesome book (its predecessor, ‘M is for Data Monkey’ was the first book I read on PowerQuery) aimed at Excel users with no coding experience.  You will be able to automate all sorts of tasks after reading.

Contains some really good practical examples for automating tasks and dealing with real problems. Reading it will make your queries more robust, dynamic and less prone to refresh fails!

Explains the fundamentals really well. It was written in 2015 and some of the terms are outdated – the book refers to ‘Measures’ as ‘Calculated Fields’. If you could do a ‘find and replace’ on all mentions of ‘Calculated Fields’ this book would be spot on.

I started this in July, 2023. It is really in-depth and possibly one for big data professionals (not me). Probably the most comprehensive guide to DAX.

This book has loads of good examples. If you need to share data with an audience, this is a great guide that explains some fundamentals really well.
